I’m a loyal patron of Rosie's Restaurant, a charming 1950s-inspired diner in downtown Spokane, serving classic comfort food with a modern twist.

On my most recent visit, I absolutely inhaled The Cheeseburger, a 100% natural PNW beef patty with melted cheddar, pickles, tomato, green leaf lettuce, red onion, and mayo on a toasted seeded bun.
