We know very little about the carnivorous cryptid SqueetSquatch.

 

An introvert by nature, the mysterious Mr. Squatch is fiercely protective of his secret identity. 

 

Residing in a hidden lair among the lush evergreens of Washington, he emerges only occasionally to enjoy his favorite food: the Great American Cheeseburger.

 

This blog is the chronicle of his culinary adventures. As he visits burger joints throughout the region, Mr. Squatch surreptitiously samples and savors the best-of-the-best, scoring each burger on a scale of 1 to 100, based on the following ten equally important criteria:

1. Aesthetics — How does the burger look? Is it appealing?

2. Flavor — Aroma and taste — is it delicious?

3. Mouthfeel — What are the physical sensations when chewing? Are the textures in balance?

4. Quality/Freshness — Rate all ingredients: burger, bun, vegetables, cheese, condiments.

5. Integrity — Are the components in balance? Can the sandwich maintain its structure?

6. Atmosphere — What about the restaurant itself? Location, clientele, cleanliness, decor, view?

7. Service — How long was the wait? How were you treated? 

8. Satisfaction — Was your appetite satiated? How did you feel?

9. Creativity/Uniqueness — What made this experience special?

10. Value — Was this burger worth this price?
